Our Landscape Design package includes a complete set of design drawings for your property to help you visualize your landscape project. Your Landscape Design Package will include the following:

  • On-site Design Consultation Session

  • Site Inventory & Analysis

  • 3D Renderings

  • 2D Landscape Design Plan (drawn to scale)

  • Landscape Layout Plan with Dimensions

  • Plant & Materials List

Pricing for landscape designs start at $1500 for a single yard (front OR back). Price is based on the scope of the project as well as the size of the property.

Garden Design Package

Our Garden Design package includes a custom design and layout for your garden, as well as a detailed plant catalogue. Your Garden Design Package will include the following:

  • Design Consultation Session

  • 3D Renderings

  • 2D Garden Design Plan

  • Garden Layout Plan with Dimensions

  • Itemized Plant List

Pricing for garden designs start at $500 for one garden. Price is based on the size of the garden bed.

The Design Process

Step 1: Site Visit & Consultation

We start with a site visit to view your property, record measurements and take photos. We’ll meet with you to learn more about your design preferences, your goals for your property and your personal style.

Step 2: Preparation of the Initial Design Concept

We prepare an initial concept based on what we gathered during the consultation. This includes 3D renderings and a 2D layout plan. You’ll review the design and provide feedback for us to fine tune it.

Step 3: Revisions & Delivery of Final Design

We’ll revise the design based on your feedback, and you’ll get to review it again. Once you’re happy with your design, we’ll prepare the final files including 3D renderings, a 2D design plan, a layout plan with dimensions and an itemized plant list.
